We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person. Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continually improve our offerings.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

GlowScalp ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of shipment (not order date). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier capacity.

Because this product contains a rechargeable battery, it is shipped via specialized carriers (YunExpress Sensitive channel) to comply with international transport regulations for lithium-ion batteries.

4. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. GlowScalp is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
