We want you to love your GlowScalp. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take an additional few days to appear.
In some cases we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund, at your discretion.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will provide return instructions after your request is reviewed.
Please note that GlowScalp ships internationally and estimated delivery is 10–20 business days. Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier capacity are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the ship date, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve promptly.
